Braunes Maroquin-Ecrasé mit reichem Goldschmuck und Innenkantenfileten und Kopfgoldschnitt. Auf Marais mit dem speziellen Wasserzeichen "H. Béraldi" und "Estampes et Livres" gedruckt. Die Schlußvignette zeigt ein kleines Portrait des Buchbinders Francisque Cuzin (1836-1890) von dem viele Einbände im Buch zu finden sind. Vorder- und Fußschnitt unbeschnitten. Kanten minimal bestossen.
